If your assets total more than one million US dollars (exclusions allowed for one home for personal use and one vehicle per occupant) then all STARsoft ware is subject to a mandatory one-time license fee of $10,000 (USD). This license covers all uses of STARsoft ware in perpetuity, provided the licensee does not violate any other terms of the agreement. Contact email@example.com for payment information.
Current members of any voluntary military, paramilitary or law enforcement organization are not permitted to use this software. This includes but is not limited to members of the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines; officers with any city or state police department or sheriff's office; and members of the FBI, NSA, CIA, DEA, ICE, TSA, DHS, CBP or any other federal law enforcement agency. Former members are permitted on a case-by-case basis. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to apply.
If any of my work is useful or beneficial to you, it would mean a lot to me if you would give credit and a link to brabbin.org, but this license doesn't obligate you to do so.
The above applies only to the code; assets used may have different restrictions. See the individual program documentation for more information.
All STARsoft ware is provided as-is, with no warranty or guarantees of ongoing support, updates, bug fixes, platform-specific development, or accessibility changes. I promise that nothing I release is intended to cause harm, inconvenience or discomfort; however, I'm not an expert, and I can't promise that there won't be unforeseen issues. As far as I know, nothing I release has any critical bugs, and none of the tools I use have been compromised, but I still don't recommend using software of any kind for anything important. If you would like to report a bug or accessibility issue, contact email@example.com and I'll do my best to address it.
